The website development, hosting, and maintenance services for Sky Companies were fully completed and delivered as agreed. Despite repeated assurances of payment from Mr. Samir Nakhle, Owner and CEO of Sky Companies, all outstanding invoices have remained unpaid since May 2025.
After multiple follow-ups, Mr. Nakhle ceased all communication and is no longer responding.
This notice serves as formal proof that the services were provided in full and is published in support of ongoing and potential legal action. It also stands as a warning to any individual or organization considering entering into business with Sky Companies to exercise due diligence.
